Discover how you produce aged rum, and the traditional Xtabentun, and liqueur made of exotic and tropical fruit such as guanabana, nance and coconut. Experience the distilled flavor of the most important liqueur house in Yucatan. The factory is located in a hacienda that dates back to the XVII; it has a garden with a grand variety of medicinal trees of the Mayas, and is located on the out skirts of Merida.
We continue our route toward another Hacienda: Sotuta de Peón, where we will enjoy a unique experience: Where we will see the transformation of a natural plant, agave (sisal), into a hard fiber, cords, table mats and other products that predominated world wide. This live hacienda is exquisitely renewed conserving the characteristics of the XIX. We finish with a refreshing swim in a natural beauty the Cenote Dzul Ha and after we have lunch in the same hacienda.
